Pat lives in Highland Fairways where we live too, and I had heard that she was very good in Real Estate and I had noticed that her houses sold very quickly...so, when we decided it was time for us to move back with our family, we gave her a call. That woman handled everything! Everything! I was amazed! Our house sold on the 2nd showing! Then of course, we were so excited... the price was excellent, and the folks were excited as were we...and then we got hit with Ion! We had already moved to Ohio, when she called us and told us about the damage to the house! I asked her if she knew anyone that would give us an estimate and she said, let me check... She called me back and said I have a fellow that will look at the damage and give me a price! He did! She called us and said if we agreed she would pay him, and we could pay her. She did, he repaired it in one day and she paid him, sent his bill to us and we paid her! Perfect! The people were happy, we were happy and the house closed the next day!
