Our realtor Patricia and her partner Chris were the absolute best to my husband and I. Truly went out of their way and bent their backs to help us get our home. They were so quick with responses and were very on the ball with everything. They truly go above and beyond for their clients. Did extensive research on every possible option for us. From re sale to build to new construction they talked us through everything we needed to know and helped us find our best option. They really worked very hard and we are extremely pleased. Buying a house can be so stressful and overwhelming but Patricia and Chris took all the stress and hassle away. Very honest. Doesn’t beat around the bush or tell you things you want to hear, and so very helpful. I would 100% recommend Patricia and Chris for anyone out there looking to buy a home! They definitely went above and beyond and you can tell they care about their clients.

We highly recommend Patricia as realtor as we had a great experience with Patricia. Both Patricia and her partner Chris have done all we could ask for and more (finding the right community for us and dealing with builder until the end). Some highlights. They are extremely responsive so you never have to wait days (not even hours) and do give you a honest opinion if asked. They also are very knowledgeable about the areas where we looked (Polk County and surrounding counties from Tampa to Orlando) and will give you the pro's and cons for each.
