Exceptional!! Patricia and Chris truly go above and beyond to work for you when selling your house. The communication was amazing and their response to our questions and comments was always very knowledgeable and prompt. They are very personable and professional and we never had a concern that they weren't doing their absolute best to sell our home for us! Our house sold quickly and we were out of state at the time, but again, they made the whole experience effortless, all the way through closing. Patricia met with us back in November of 2021. She was helping us look for an existing mobile home or other possibility, even though we made it very clear that we were not by any means ready to make a decision. She did whatever she could and answered any of our questions, without hesitation. Her job keeps her so busy, but she never let on that she didn't have time to help us. She has been helping us, even though we live 1000 miles away. During a phone call shortly before we came to Florida for our vacation, she told us about a property that was going to become available, in the event that we might be interested. Long story short, we purchased the property, sight unseen, except for the wonderful pictures and videos she sent us. During our vacation, we closed on the property, and the process was so seamless. Patricia makes us feel like we are great friends, while still doing her job as a professional. When we purchase a home for the property, we know she will accept our invitation to stop by and see us. She is a total sweetheart!
