Sale contingencies can be stressful so I have heard, but that was not the case working with Patricia--she did the hard work and did what needed to be done--even if that was sending me updated contracts at 11pm to meet our deadlines! Patricia is more aggressive than many real estate professionals and put in the extra effort to get the property sold for the best price. My primary residence is in another state. We highly recommend Patricia as realtor as we had a great experience with Patricia. Both Patricia and her partner Chris have done all we could ask for and more (finding the right community for us and dealing with builder until the end). Some highlights. They are extremely responsive so you never have to wait days (not even hours) and do give you a honest opinion if asked. They also are very knowledgeable about the areas where we looked (Polk County and surrounding counties from Tampa to Orlando) and will give you the pro's and cons for each. Overall a great experience and we would certainly work with them next time.

We are very excited as we just closed on our 2 vacant lots in Florida thanks to Patricia’s expertise and help. We first met with Patricia at “Second Home” in Maastricht in The Netherlands before we went ahead and listed the properties with her.
