My family and I met Patricia in 2009 and was promptly impressed by her expertise and professionalism. She was patient, conscientious, informative, and her customer-centric approach made my first home buying experience a great one. Patricia has since facilitated with renting out my home, which involved conducting several open-houses. She was extremely accommodating to those who needed to view the property outside of regular viewing hours and found me an excellent tenant in no time. We recently partnered with Patricia again in November 2018 to purchase another home. As expected, Patricia went above and beyond to ensure our experience was positive, making herself available outside of normal business hours to accommodate our work schedule, responding to emails/texts in a timely manner, but most importantly she ensured the loan officer and everyone involved remained on schedule so there were no closing delays. When it was time to narrow down the search, Patricia took the time to make sure we were able to see our final two choices multiple times so that we felt comfortable making a decision. After we closed, Patricia’s excitement was on par with our own. She even arranged for food to be sent to the house on our moving day because she knew it would be a lengthy and grueling day. That gesture was certainly not required, but it’s exactly that level of thoughtfulness that separates Patricia and places her in a league of her own. Patricia remains the perfect balance of assertiveness that one needs in this business, tied with the kindness and empathy that is often lacking. I have also referred a close family friend to Patricia and they have entrusted her with purchasing two homes as well and had great experiences both times.
