Yes Pat has a lot of market knowledge but even more important she has contacts and ideas for updating the property for sale and what needs to be done for an upgrade to enhance sale . For purchase of another property Pat knows the market and found us a lovely town house condo and especially was able to talk to seller's rep to leverage sales price vis a vis earnest money and negotiate for a full property inspection not just a pass fail. Also provide references/contacts for updating property for sale and property purchased as well
