Patty is an amazing realtor - we would HIGHLY recommend her!
Patty took excellent care of us during the entire process of selling our house! She came out early in the process to give suggestions regarding house improvements / modifications / stagging. She is extremely knowledgeable on the market and did a deep dive review to help establish list price. She kept us fully up to date on the showings and walked us thru the negotiation process. Patty is an excellent communicator and answered patiently ALL of my questions along the way. I would recommend her to all of our family and friends!
