I had an amazing experience with Pat as my realtor. He was calm and knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful. I work full time and I’m a single parent and Pat was able to meet various inspectors and contractors when I wasn’t able to do so. He also knows many many people in the home improvement industry try and gave ne excellent contacts for flooring, painting etc. He gave wonderful guidance when the selling situation was bumpy and was always available to chat.
