Pat is a professional! Her extensive experience of the Grand Rapids market was a gift. She knows everything! She's also a delight to spend time with and helpful with all the gory and unsexy details of house buying. I'm grateful to have had the chance to work with her. Pat also knew everything I didn't know about my house. Because she's been working as a realtor forever, she knew that the house I was interested in was worth it! She managed to help me to outbid everyone and also not overpay. My house buying process was complicated and messy. The loan took forever. I felt like I'd handed over every single document ever written to the bank and through all of this Pat was my advocate. Not only did she hold my hand (it was my first time buying a house), but she also called the bank as necessary, pushing them on and encouraging them to hurry it up a little. She and her associate (Claire) were kind, helpful, and great cheerleaders in this process.
