The level of knowledge and effort provided me by Pat was beyond anything I could have ever asked for, or even thought that I needed. Pat knows the ins and outs of the business and will go out of her way to make sure her clients get the best treatment, the best house, and the best price and mortgage rate from lenders and builders. She was an incredible pleasure to work with and I have since been referring any and all friends to contact her for their home buying needs.

We had a condo that was beautiful BUT... the HOA was off the charts high. Selling it was going to be a mess and we knew it. Pat Taylor's calm, confidence, and staging expertise was vital in helping us get a fair dollar for our sale. We're very happy and I think the new owner seemed great for the home and neighborhood. Enter challenge #2: The new home we needed was double in size from our condo and likely $100,000+ more than we could afford. Somehow, and maybe Pat can answer how sometime... She found a number of homes that were under our top financed dollar amount that was exactly the size we needed in neighborhoods we liked! We've bought and sold in a few states now and we've been blessed with some great agents each time - but there's something unique about Pat's abilities. It's not luck, she clearly makes things happen. We should add that she explained to us that while we aim for top dollar as a final outcome, she doesn't go in for some kind of "kill". Her approach was to negotiate fairly throughout the deal to help us achieve our goals and by way of process, it means she also is aware of fairness for the other side of the transaction. If you want to get to the end of a deal and not have shocking surprises at the closing table it does some only natural that fairness throughout is the safest way to assure that you get to the end goal. Ethics and morals matter to us and, if you think about it, they matter to the other side of a transaction, too. Pat's awareness of this means safety for you and your family. We were very happy with our experience with Pat in buying our new home. She came highly recommended to us. She is knowledgeable, friendly and "hands on" through the whole house hunting process. She kept us up-to-date on homes we liked and others she found for us while we were in Virginia. When we decided to come down and look at some houses she had them all lined up and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She was a very valuable asset in finding our dream home.
