Pat did a super job of coordinating for the move out of our tenant, finding reliable and competent home maintenance crews for the necessary work, coordinating with them for visits and checking their work completion for excellence, and even going far above and beyond her normal duties to personally assist us in related local matters that we were unable to complete while out of town, in order to assist with the sale.
