Pat walked me through the entire process, answered every question, and was with me every step of the way. Couldn’t ask for a better agent

This was our 7th bid. We had finally purchased a house. Pat worked with us for what seemed like forever. But he helped secure our dream home. Couldn’t be happier

Mr. Lynch was outstanding! The sale of my moms home was not your typical sale. Many complications arose and with each one Pat not only handled them professionally, he showed true care for the circumstances in which we were selling the estate. He will be our realtor as long as he is in the business!

Pat's expertise was helpful while we were preparing to put our house on the market. We followed his advice, and received multiple offers on our home.. Pat was also very helpful in the negotiation process, and always available for any questions or concerns. My husband and I highly recommend him!
