Pat did a great job for our family. We recently moved across the country back to AL. Pat did an excellent job on selling our house. Without his experience and knowledge this deal would have never happened. There were some challenges that the buyer tried, but Pat knew the contract inside and out and we were able to complete the sale and close on the original closing date.
