Pat is thorough and works very hard to make every transaction work. When many homes in my area were not selling she counseled patience and having the optimal price point. In the end we sold at a great price while many in our area were giving up and taking their house of the market. She communicated effectively with buyers agents and did a great job managing negotiations. Very good experience!
