Pascual was amazing; it was an emotional experience to sell my mother's home, & he was so caring. You do not get to choose the majority of the people who will be involved in the process of buying your home so it helps when you have a real estate broker like Pascual Salazar who bring not just their knowledge but customer service and work effort to make sure his clients are beyond satisfied. We were in escrow for 2 months and did not progress much because the listing agent and seller have failed to fix an issue with Edison. Pascual stepped in and was able to assist the listing agent and fix the issue. There is no doubt that if we would have gone with another real estate broker, we would not have gotten the home we got with Pascual at such a great deal. We are beyond happy with first home and Pascual was able to deliver because of his patience, knowledge, and attention to detail.
