Just for background, I'm a first time home buyer, single, and military veteran. I initially met with Pascal at his office off the North Toll way, where Pascal and I discussed my realistic wants and needs, locations of interest, and finances. With this information, Pascal quickly initiated the search using his networks in the industry, and MLS. As a first home buyer, I only knew the basics of searching for a home and finances. As a first time buyer with a VA Loan there are so many items to consider from a process perspective. Pascal was very knowledgeable and did a great job guiding me through the entire process from obtaining a pre-qualified letter to signing the closing docs. You will not find another realtor with more patience or that is more genuine than Pascal. I highly recommend having him help you find a house to make your home.
