Just for background, I'm a first time home buyer, single, and military veteran. I initially met with Pascal at his office off the North Toll way, where Pascal and I discussed my realistic wants and needs, locations of interest, and finances. With this information, Pascal quickly initiated the search using his networks in the industry, and MLS. As a first home buyer, I only knew the basics of searching for a home and finances. Pascal made the process so smooth, answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner(not a lot of jargon). Every decision I made Pascal made sure I was comfortable and had a full understanding. When searching for home and looking at the homes, Pascal was never pushy and just wanted to make sure I liked what I was seeing. While the search is totally on you and your preference, Pascal will give his honest opinions and not be bias towards one property or the other. He is simply there to be your guide and represent your interest. As a veteran, I wanted to make sure my benefits were utilized, and leveraged appropriately. Since Pascal been in the industry for so long, he has represented many veteran and is well aware of the VA process. So as you can see, I cant help but say good things about Pascal! As a first time buyer with a VA Loan there are so many items to consider from a process perspective. Pascal was very knowledgeable and did a great job guiding me through the entire process from obtaining a pre-qualified letter to signing the closing docs. You will not find another realtor with more patience or that is more genuine than Pascal. I highly recommend having him help you find a house to make your home.
