Parks is a consummate professional that kept us updated during the sale of our condo in Fort Lauderdale. At the same time, he managed to keep a great sense of humor despite the adverse selling conditions we were dealing with and was able to deal with mine and my wife's unique approach (we just aren't that conventional). We set a two year record for a sales price in the building and if we buy or sell in the Ft Lauderdale area, we will seek out Parks again.

Parks was fantastic!! He gave us insight and research as to price our house right. He gave me the time that I needed to organize and stage our home and then when we went on vacation for a few days - he stayed at our house and was there for every showing. I felt very safe/comfortable with Parks and giving him a key and the alarm code. Due to his knowledge, interest and due diligence of marketing it - our home sold in just 3 days!! (And we got the highest price ever in our neighborhood). I appreciate Parks' honestly and really guiding us. He would provide the facts, legal information that we may not be aware of and assist us through what could have been a very stressful situation. He would keep us informed with things that we needed to know but also protect us as the sellers when he needed to. He was so good at his job that we are now buying a new home with him as our buyer's agent.
