Right from the start, Parker showed his knowledge of the Charleston market with a professional package of comps and spreadsheets that he must have pulled together the night before, since we contacted him less than 24 hours before he came to see us. After hearing him, it was obvious he would market our house in the best light and we signed him on. Best decision ever! Not only did he and Mike get top dollar for us, they guided us through one couple who walked away from a signed contract on the house (very disturbing as we had already started packing to move).
