I used another Agent before using Pamela and it was literally night and day. Pamela had so much insight on how to stage the place, set a correct market price, and constant knowledge on the condo building. I literally had a prior agent who did nothing with the unit for over a year and with the swap to Pam had more viewings and multiple offers within a few short months. Will definitely use her again and refer her to anyone planning on buying/selling. You could not ask for a better Realtor!!! :)
