Pamela had so much insight on how to stage the place, set a correct market price, and constant knowledge on the condo building. I literally had a prior agent who did nothing with the unit for over a year and with the swap to Pam had more viewings and multiple offers within a few short months. Pam is amazing at what she does! She is skilled in so many areas but most importantly she is a true partner from the beginning to the sale of your property. She knows what is needed to make the sale happen and is constantly keeping you informed of every step, which eases your mind. She is not beyond rolling up her sleeves and helping in anyway possible to ensure your real estate is ready to be sold. The only thing I regret is not listening to her advice sooner.
