Pamela Patterson

My dad passed away and I was the one who had to sell his house. It was very emotional for me and hard to let go of the home I grew up in. My dad built the house and lived in it for 55 years (with no upgrades or remodeling!!!) My dad's house was old and not up to code in several areas. Pam was so unbelievably helpful. She went above and beyond her duties as a realtor and worked diligently to find contractors to fix the problems and get my dad's house sold. Pam worked day and night with the buyers broker and hung in there while the house stayed in escrow for over 4 months while the work was being done on the house. I basically did nothing, while Pam found contractor after contractor to get work done. Pam is honest, hard working, dedicated, and committed to her clients. If I had to go through that trying time again, I would, as long as Pam was there to help me through it all.

with the intelligence and patients Pamela provides, the steps she lead carried me into the home I live today. My family and I owe her great thanks. She's the best!!!
