We luckily found Pamela through a reference from some friends and it was the best choice ever! She is super helpful, extremely knowledgeable and always available! Being first time home buyers, Pamela was able to share so much insight with us about the entire process - what to look for, things to consider, different costs associated with various work needed on each house, recommendations on places to look for materials, questions to ask contractors, etc. When it came time to negotiate the contract with the sellers, Pamela was able to work many things into our contract to make our offer very attractive. We were able to have our offer accepted the same day with a lot of competition! She provided us in depth information on anything we needed at any time and we couldn't have been happier having her on our side making our first purchase.
