Fortunately for us- we can’t relate. Prior to finding us our slice of heaven in Atlantic Beach, Pamela gave me a tour of Jacksonville via multiple showings in various areas she thought we’d love. She kept in constant communication with us throughout the process, and scheduled viewings with the time zone difference in mind. Pamela was such an amazing realtor. Not only was she patient with my Wife and I, really taking the time to show us around Jacksonville, give us a taste for the personality of the many different neighborhoods within Jacksonville. She went way above and beyond our expectations throughout every step of the process; Negotiating between Selling Agents, pushing along Escrow as it pertains to the Loan Officer(s), Bank and Underwriters. Pamela’s knowledge of the area was so remarkable that, when we finally found a home that we loved and it was time to place our offer, she made an offer that could not be overlooked.
