I couldn’t say enough great things about Pam. We were in a little trouble after our realtor retired while we were selling our home. Pam stepped in and hit the ground running immediately. Pam is extremely tech savvy - she makes very good listings on Zillow and YouTube. Also, when things had to be done to the home after inspection, she had tons of contacts in areas such as window replacements and bathroom tiling who did fantastic work at extremely reasonable prices. Having her taking care of our listing in Nocatee gave us tremendous peace of mind.
