Pamela has great communication skills; she is calm, informative, organized, and reassuring. She has a great knack for explaining technical realty concepts in terms that the customer can understand. And she listens carefully to all questions and suggestions and then presents an objective and logical overview of why such and such a suggestion will or will not work. She follows through on every last detail, no matter how minor, to make sure that every aspect of the sale gets covered long before the closing. On top of all of that professionalism, she has a great sense of humor!!

Pamela stayed with us throughout the entire process…she was always communicating with us…knew what we needed and even though we wound up with something completely different than what we started out wanting helped us see that we could make a different style work. She was always cheerful, 100% responsive and made the process bearable. She is still working on the after closing ”tweaking”. It was like house hunting with a friend!

We went to an open house and when we walked thru the house we knew that was the right house for our family. She worked day and night to put our home for sale on Sunday evening and have a agreement by Tuesday . We had dozens of showings , 10 offers and sold in two days with an offer that was much higher than our asking price.
