Had to sell my moms home after she passed. I live in another State and have a medical condition that makes travel very difficult. I was very fortunate to have had someone as trustworthy and invested as Pam to represent me. Not only did Pam save me from having to travel back and forth to Denver to get the property ready for sale, She also took the time and effort to personally pack up and store many of my moms treasured items so that some updates could be done to the home, and it could be properly staged for showings. Once the home was ready, she was quick to activate the marketing strategy we had devised based off of her extensive knowledge of the Denver market and all of the current sales trends. Pam’s pricing strategy went exactly to plan, and I am very happy with the price we received for the home. Pam worked closely with me until the closing. In fact Pam was at the house to make sure the very last one of my moms possessions was safely moved out of the house. I highly recommend Pam. You will not be disappointed.

Seriously, it seems there isn’t anything Pam can’t do. She is so supportive and helpful during the selling process. I don’t think the average realtor would do what she did. She is kind, through, hard working and positive. She really knows how to sell and make a home look spectacular with her staging skills. Pam has sold two properties for us - one above asking price and one at asking price, both in one day. She really knows the market and is easy (and fun!) to work with. We are very grateful to have found Pam!
