Pamela was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and was able to answer any questions or concerns that I had with my purchase. Even though my needs were difficult, she held in there to make sure she got what I was looking for. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend her.
Pam & Rick helped us purchase our first home in 2011. They then helped us sell that home while concurrently buying a new house. The process of simultaneous closings was a bit daunting, but Pam made it go as smoothly as possible. An overall wonderful experience working with Pam. We love our new home and couldn’t have done it without her, especially in today’s market! You are in good hands if you work with Pam & Rick!
We worked with Pam for 3 years as we searched for the right home for us. She never became frustrated with our indecision. As we narrowed down what we were looking for, she found the perfect home for us. She always looked out for our best interest rather than a quick sale for her.
Pam was very knowledgeable and worked around my work schedule to see houses and always watched out for my best interest. She was wonderful to work with.
Pam knows the market inside and out. She had a solution for every possible situation that could arise and if one did she called me the solution before picking up the phone to say there was a problem.
Our selling situation was unique and Pam was able to fully assist us with the sale and all our needs. Thank you, Pam!
Pam is great to work with. She listens to your wants and wishes. Not being from the area she share the good and the bad if locations. This help us know we picked the perfect condo.
Pam was a great agent. We sold our house in FL while living in another state and she took care of everything from repairs to keeping us updated on the process. She was very responsive and had good knowledge of the market and effectively used all the latest tools. She was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her to family and friends.
We were first-time home-buyers and Pam walked us through the process, and was extremely thorough. She kept us informed, gave us great advice, and made sure there were no surprises. She was always one of the most informed people in the room. Extremely sharp, friendly, and professional.
Pam helped my husband and I find and buy our first home. Coming into the home buying process with zero knowledge, she helped us each step of the way and taught us what to look for/ask about when looking at each prospective home. She always had our best interests at the forefront, and was very responsive to emails and calls when we needed her. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!!
Pam went above and beyond. She was willing to show houses when it was convenient for me and my work schedule. Pam listened to what we were looking for and our price range and stayed with that. She did not try to push a house or force one like other agents do. I would recommend Pam to anyone and already have. It was a pleasure. Thanks Pam for all your help!!
