Pam was the most helpful and thorough agent we have ever used. It didn't matter what time of day or night we called she was always ready to help with whatever we needed. This property was in Clearwater, Fl, the estate had 5 siblings living in Delaware, PA, MD, FL and one sibling living in Brazil who does not speak English. Pam made the process painless and pretty much a fast sell. Pam made it all work out, probably a sell that she will never forget, specially with the closing and having documents sent overseas that got held up in customs. Brazil does not have FedEX (really?)
