In September, I decided to sell my townhome and downsize to a senior living apartment. Although it was something I knew I had to do, I was completely overwhelmed by the thought of getting my home ready for sale. When I decided to sell the house a year later, Pamela helped me sold the house in three weeks; she also helped me bought another brand new and bigger town home in 2006. I lived in this town how for 9.5years. This year I found myself in the market to sell and buy once again. I called Pamela. she helped me sell my town home in one week and bought another brand new detached town home in Blaine. Pamela is reliable and very knowledgeable realtor who goes the extra mile to help you secure your dream home: she has done that for me three times and on those occasions, I have been very impressed with her tenacity, her knowledge in staging homes for a better selling point and her willingness to listen to your concern. Pamela will always be my realtor whenever I'm in the market ti buy or sell, and I will always refer her to all my friends and family if they are in the same predicament I was in.

Pamela helped me sell my home in less than a month. She also helped with the purchasing of my next home. She is very knowledgeable about the process and was in constant communication with me about everything. I had quick closings and she made a stressful time easier. I was kind of on my own with it all and she had referrals and coupons and advice on getting my house ready for showings. She was very attentive to me and my situation. I felt valued as a client and she gave great customer service. Selling and getting ready to move is very stressful and she made it a lot easier I think.
