Our home buying experience was a little more complicated than most, years pryor we approached Pam about purchasing a home and she was completely honest and upfront, “you’re not ready”, but instead of leaving us with bad news, she put us in contact with resources and coaching to get our finances where they needed to be, years later our landlord called us out of the blue, that dreaded news, “you’ve been great renters but we want to sell”, we weren’t prepared to purchase that beautiful home and set our sights on downsizing and purchasing a home that checked many boxes, three bathrooms, three bathrooms, two car garage, RV parking, and at least a quarter acre and kennel area for our retired military working dog, the search started and there wasn’t much on the market, Pam persisted, sending links over and over, it seemed like we were looking at a different house every other day and then the little house on Kimberly Lane came about, as we walked through it it started checking all the boxes, RV parking, Circle, Drive, quarter acre, it’s even got a basement, OK let’s make an offer, the lender Pam referred us to was nothing short of amazing, he forecasted our payment perfectly, inspection team was prompt and thorough, next thing we know we’re in escrow, when it came to signing documents, Pam double checked everything and answered the phone even in the middle of a signing first thing in the morning, you’re not getting just a realtor, you’re getting the heart of a teacher, someone that has been a caregiver of elders, started over late in life, if there’s a situation of “life hands you lemons”, Pam has probably been there, she is able to give guidance and advice that simply put others can’t, her experience, knowledge, networking, and community involvement makes her and Carson the ultimate team, we would not hesitate to purchase or sell with Pam again!
