Loving Sacramento
When I relocated to Sacramento from the Central Coast of California near Morro Bay I used to pine away for the ocean, friends and family that I moved away from. Soon my son Ryan was born, my husband Steve and I bought his family home, and we started our residential construction business, so life got busy. I was very used to being near nature and the exquisite beauty of the Morro Bay area. The American River parkway has provided a very good alternative with its bike trails, water sports at Lake Natomas, rafting and the Effie Yeaw Nature Center for kid's summer camps and nature education. Parent participation schools, such as Mission Avenue Open enriched all of our lives with friends and learning. My daughter Kristen was a synchronized swimmer with Fulton El Camino Parks District for 7 years, way too much fun to explain here. My professional career as a realtor buying and selling along with property management have been very rewarding and has allowed me to help many families get set up for the good life here in Sacramento. I pride myself with the ability to stay engaged with my clients to be sensitive to their needs and acting proactively to keep the transactions low stress. My specialized and knowledgeable support team brings their expertise to every transaction. Sharing my knowledge of the area's neighborhoods school districts and unique qualities to families when selling or marketing their homes is very rewarding. It is a pleasure to share the resources of Reality ONE Group, which are massive and cutting edge, and the stability they provide. Sacramento has a sense of history and style, a good blend of cultures, architecture, nightlife, political and civic engagement, along with a sense for creative development and looking to the future. I would welcome the opportunity to assist in any way possible to share my real estate expertise and enthusiasm to make your dreams a reality.
