The sales brochure she prepared was thorough, accurate, and attractive. She knew the value of the property and is familiar with the market. Pam shouldered many of our responsibilities without being asked. The buyer was somewhat difficult and Pam cleared up many conflicts to our financial advantage by enlisting contractors. She spent many hours on chores such as watering and mowing lawns, cleaning, and researching deficiencies that were corrected at little or no cost to us.
