My husband and I found Pam after having a bad experience with another realtor. It was amazing what a difference it made!! Not only did she find us the perfect home in a couple of days, but she also was very intentional about making sure we were the most educated first-time-home-buyers that we could be. We didn't know what we didn't know, but Pam made sure we knew as much as possible so that we were never blindsided. Once we decided to make an offer, we learned that there were 2 offers (including ours) on the table. Fortunately for us, Pam has made such an impression with her peers in the business that her negotiating power helped us win over the buyer AND make our dream home more than affordable.
