My husband and I found Pam after having a bad experience with another realtor. It was amazing what a difference it made!! Not only did she find us the perfect home in a couple of days, but she also was very intentional about making sure we were the most educated first-time-home-buyers that we could be. We didn't know what we didn't know, but Pam made sure we knew as much as possible so that we were never blindsided. Once we decided to make an offer, we learned that there were 2 offers (including ours) on the table. Fortunately for us, Pam has made such an impression with her peers in the business that her negotiating power helped us win over the buyer AND make our dream home more than affordable. She has stopped by a couple of times after the closing to help us with references, check out the changes we have made, answer our questions that we thought of after moving in, and just see how we're doing in general. We have been in our new home for a month now and we still do not feel like we have come across any surprises. Everything we have found in our home, Pam had already informed us about before we put in our offer. It could not have been a more perfect match!
