To begin with, I'm not one to write a review on anything, but this was a must for my husband and I. Working with Pam on the sale of my Mom's home was the best thing to remember about 2020. Despite COVID19 and restrictions, she made our selling experience the best I've ever had. Her knowledge, service, counsel and guidance was so thorough, it put us both at ease and made even the couple of "hiccups" experienced, no big deal. Pam is a local to Stockton, She has lived there practically her whole life. Her father is a general building contractor so she is knowledgeable about construction as well. She guided us flawly through the the selection and negotiation process including introducing us to a Mortgage Professional who works with her clients. She selected a home for us , with knowledge of our preferences, and we went into escrow of the home sight unseen, except through the on-line photos and Pam's acknowledgements. She is that good, that we had no problem where her choice for us, and we closed escrow within 30 days.

We listed with her on a Thursday, held an open house that weekend, and we received TWO over list price offers! And, it closed escrow very quickly due to her diligence about staying on top of all the little details for the whole process.
