I began working with Pam nearly three years ago to determine the marketing strategy for my property. This included an initial assessment of the property and marketing strategy based on the projected conditions. When the time to list the property had come, she did the preliminary research on comparable sales to determine the listing price. We discussed the price point for the market to list the property. Once listed, she reviewed offers and made recommendations for evaluating them objectively. The factors included reasonableness, contingent offers, loan type, pre-qualification, etc. After the offer was accepted, Pam took me through the myriad of steps required to complete the transaction. She arranged for inspections, appraisal as the process can be intimidating. She facilitated the use of electronic document signing/initialing in accordance with applicable regulations. Pam was very punctual to respond to requests and questions during the entire process. She is highly recommended.
