We connected with Pam through an online booking for an open house of the property we purchased... and every step of the way, she was right there with us, guiding, advising, and researching on our behalf. Pam is a true buyer's advocate, whether going to battle when an error is caught in the appraisal, or simply negotiating the value impact of any required repairs to make the home move-in ready (with peace of mind). We're going to miss working with her now that we've closed, but if the time comes that we're needing to move again, she's absolutely the first person we're going to call!
