Pam was there to answer all my questions and got to work right away. Always easy to reach and coordinate all activities going on as they popped up. She knew what she was doing and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time.
Pam was wonderful. She was very responsive and worked very hard to make my dream purchase happen.
Pam was able to communicate what needed to be done and how best to do it. Even when I was stressed with upcoming move and probably short on the phone, Pam was able to calm me down and help us move forward and keep us focused on the goal. Great person to have on your side!
Pam is an excellent realtor keeping you up to date on everything during your home buying/ selling process. She is always available to answer questions, give advice or help with anything she can. Pam goes above and beyond to insure you get the best buying/selling experience I highly recommend Pam Famiglietti.
Pam, as always, went above and beyond for us! She went outside of the box to help insure our sale went through. We had a rare situation and Pam did so much to help, even what wasn’t part of her job. We are very grateful to Pam! We have used Pam for multiple transactions now and highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Pam!!
Our experience with Pam at the helm for the sale of our home could not have gone better. Pam brought an unsurpassed level of expertise to the marketing, sale, and contract negotiations. She is a consumate professional with a warm personality. Her knowledge of building construction and her deep personal relationships of those in the industry were an added bonus. Pam gets the job done fast! We highly recommend her.
Pam was recommended to me by a family member and she did not disappoint. She gave an informative assessment of the home sale value and had a very effective plan of action for getting our home sold. From our first call to the day of closing, Pam was transparent and extremely communicative. Pam was with us every step of the way and I am extremely grateful for it. I would recommend Pam to anyone selling or buying a home.
We connected with Pam through an online booking for an open house of the property we purchased... and every step of the way, she was right there with us, guiding, advising, and researching on our behalf. Pam is a true buyer's advocate, whether going to battle when an error is caught in the appraisal, or simply negotiating the value impact of any required repairs to make the home move-in ready (with peace of mind). We're going to miss working with her now that we've closed, but if the time comes that we're needing to move again, she's absolutely the first person we're going to call! (Thank you again, Pam, for your patience, tremendous home expertise, your friendly demeanor, your assistance through unfamiliar territory, and for your amazing stories and great laughs weaved in along the journey. We appreciate you so much, and we're glad to know your contributions to others' experiences will be improving lives long into the future!)
Pam helped me buy my house years ago, for a great price. I recently called her to put my house on the market. Pam got my house sold in 4 days, for over asking price! She is super knowledgeable, and makes the entire experience stress free. I will definitely be calling Pam for my next House!
Pam was more than a pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond to every question or request I had and our transaction couldn’t have gone any smoother. Very happy.
Pam was outstanding in helping us find our dream home! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge of the market made the process smooth and enjoyable. She listened to our needs and preferences, showing us only the best options. Pam was always available to answer our questions and guided us through every step of the buying process. Her dedication and friendly approach truly set her apart. We couldn't be happier with our new home and highly recommend Pam to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!
