I recommend Pam Copeland as a realtor without reservation. I particularly applaud her skill in handling a sale where the owner cannot be physically on-site. Pam was the realtor representing my sister in the sale of her condominium. Pam and my sister met once in person to discuss the listing and sign a listing contract, but Pam worked mainly with me as my sister’s POA, so this review is from my perspective. Kelsey was in a rehabilitation center in FL when we hired Pam, and she moved to SC to be closer to me without ever returning home. Therefore the listing and sales process occurred by telephone, email, mail and Internet between Pam and me. Pam handled all aspects of the sale professionally and successfully despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and my inability to be onsite for day-to-day activities or problems. I literally could not have done it all without her assistance. Many of the things Pam did well were typical of a realtor’s activities, including advice on pricing, improvements to the property, advertising and finding a great Title Company. She did a beautiful job of staging the home and using furniture included in the sale to best advantage. She coordinated with the Condominium Association Manager to ensure all their requirements for the sale were met. She was very knowledgeable about electronic, Internet-based tools and talked me through using them effectively. In addition to “usual and customary” realtor activities, she also took on numerous activities needed for a remote sale such as finding the repairman, painter, house cleaner, electrician and plumber to address problems found on inspection. Their work was of excellent quality at a fair price. She also handled the selection and installation of new carpet. Pam maintained close communication with me throughout the sale. She represented both Buyer and Seller in a fair and objective manner, has a thorough knowledge of the real estate business, and was everything I could ask for in a realtor.

Pam listened to exactly what we were looking for and started providing listings for us to look at on the internet (we started the purchase process long distance).
