Pam was willing to be open and honest in the current market as to what was a realistic offer for a hot market. At times she said to pass on a property, offer 20k less than asking and others offer 10k over asking. This shows she has a great feel for the area, demand, and industry. I would feel comfortable referring Pam to friends and family and feel like she has your best interest in mind.

Pam was absolutely amazing and met with many challenges on a sale of a property that had been left untouched and neglected for many years. She was amazing as many permits were required to make the property sell, if not immediately ready to inhabit. She contacted me when there was an obstacle and together the challenges were met. I live out of the country and am elderly and she did all the hard and diligent work required so that I did not have to travel to Florida. She is an angel. God Bless Her.
