Pam put a lot of effort into helping my wife and I feel comfortable with buying our house. She helped set us up early so we could begin looking at listings long before we were ready to buy. This helped us prepare for when our time to pick favorites and tour houses came. Anytime we had questions, she was timely and informative with her responses. Most importantly, she set aside time specifically for us while we were working on certain time restrictions, moving from out of state. Her flexibility and prioritization led to us finding a house we love exactly when we needed to.
