Pam Boersma

I found Pam Boersma to be quite an asset to helping my husband and I purchase a home. From day one when the house was listed, Pam immediately responded to my husband's questions about it. She came to the open house ASAP and showed us around. I was impressed with her through knowledge of the house, from quality of the wood floors and blinds to the condition of the deck. She walked us through the process of buying a house without being pushy. When we met with Pam to make an offer on the house, she had all of the paperwork ready for us. She explained everything in a clear manner and made sure that our questions were answered. Also, I found Pam to be very resourceful about which bank to work with, as well as who would be a reliable and good service provider to fix some concerns about the house. It was clear that she is very connected with great contacts that know and respect her. After our inspection, Pam wrote a detailed report to the sellers outlining everything that needed to be addressed before the closing. She followed up with all of these concerns. For example, she made sure that the sellers would give us credit towards purchasing a dryer that was supposed to be at the home, but wasn't. I would describe Pam as being very knowledgeable, through, available, friendly and a real pleasure to work with. She has excellent communication skills and likes to address issues immediately. Pam was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and timely. I would highly recommend working with her. From starting the looking process all the way to offering and closing she was upfront with the things we needed to do and kept us on track all the way.

I can't say enough good things about Pam as my realtor. I was planning to move to Madison and contacted Pam. She kept in touch with me all through that process. She was always super helpful whenever I found a house I wanted to look at. And as I was refining my search criteria, she would suggest good houses to check out and provide practical tips regarding lots of home issues. When we found the perfect house, she was great with providing perfect advice for inspecting the house and negotiating my offer using an escalation clause that clinched the sale.
