Pam was spot on for the listing price of our house. Which led to a quick sell so we could buy our dream home. If it wasn’t for Pam we wouldn’t have closed on selling our home. Our buyers got scammed out of their down payment money and Pam stepped into to make it possible for closing that same day. Thank goodness because we were set to close on the house we were buying on the same day!

After the home inspection was complete we completed several items and Pam arranged for contractors to complete electrical and plumbing issues. Because of her knowledge the whole process was very stress free.

Pam worked well with a probate sale that had 3 owners who don't like each other. She was always calm, gave options, and worked with the title company to verify the funds were divided and dispersed according to the law and best realtor practices.
