After meeting with Pam at the property she had a sign up that day and had several showings within 24 hours and a valid offer and down payment after only 6 day after listing. After the home inspection was complete we completed several items and Pam arranged for contractors to complete electrical and plumbing issues. Because of her knowledge the whole process was very stress free.

Pam worked well with a probate sale that had 3 owners who don't like each other. She was always calm, gave options, and worked with the title company to verify the funds were divided and dispersed according to the law and best realtor practices.
