We moved from out-of-state to Edmond OK earlier this year. Without much knowledge of the area, we were overwhelmed with many decisions related to finding a home in the right area and also a home that offered the right features and amenities to meet our needs. Pam immediately jumped into action and made all of these complexities and challenges seem to evaporate. Her knowledge and experience allowed her to orchestrate a house-hunting plan that efficiently pinpointed a variety of "perfect" options for us. She also patiently and meticulously walked thru each possible property highlighting a vast array of elements that we had not even considered--but things that might be possible negatives (and positives). Once we picked our home, she went to work as an incredibly strong advocate for us....getting many extras that we had anticipated having to add to the home in the future and making sure everything was perfect from the condition of the home to the contracting. We have worked with quite a few realtors/real estate agencies in the past and I have never felt so supported. At every turn, if anything arose...we knew "Pam is on it" and EVERYTHING had a favorable outcome for us.
