Pam knows the local market very well and does a great job in listening to her clients in order to truly understand what they want (or don't want) and what their goals are. She doesn't try to push anything that conflicts with those goals. She is patient and thoughtful in her approach. In addition, when we (as the buyer) couldn't get the seller to be reasonable over some inspection items, and the deal was going sideways, Pam (and her partner, Janette) convinced the seller's agent to join them in contributing dollars out of their respective commissions to bridge the gap and find a way to get the parties to "yes". Finally, Pam was extremely helpful in coordinating all inspections, pre-closing contractor visits/estimates, etc. In short, Pam is a true professional who puts the client's needs first and does what is needed to close the deal.
