Whenever I called or contacted Palmira, she answered or responded right away. I originally lived out of town: Palmira, went to homes I was interested in and used her phone to do a virtual tour with me. She was very professional. Before meeting Palmira, I have dealt with many real estate agents, and I will tell you why Palmira is distinguishable. Palmira is dedicated to deliver neat work anytime of the day any day of the week/end. She's always on top of things. I don't recall one time when my husband and I thought of something to tell her and she hasn't already worked on or thought about. She's always there for you. Just to give an example, the house we bought has solar system and the seller wasn't cooperating to give us the information needed such as, annualt voltage production, terms of contract, etc. Palmira made many phone calls to the solar company, spoke to the manager, and was able to authorize us to get all the information we needed. Note this is supposed to be done easily and with less time by the seller's agent. I was referred to Palmira by a great friend. I am grateful for his recommendation and cannot say enough to thank Palmira for what she did to help me and my husband buy our house.
