I am so honored to have been introduced to and to have worked with Paige in my relocating to League City. First of all my wants and my needs list were convoluted . Second I did not know the area or the market there. Third I am elderly and needed a lot of attention, personal care and advice, consoling, patience, kindness and compassion . This move was a very difficult one for me at 82. Paige did not disappoint in any way, in fact, she went above and beyond what most other agents would have done. She knows her profession and today’s market well and is an asset to the Real Estate business. She has a desire to stay current with all expects of the business. She is a true natural and I am so fortunate to have found her to help me close on my new house. Plus I feel I have formed a lasting friendship. If I had more stars to give I would give her a 10.

I was purchasing beach front investment property in Jamaica Beach, Texas. In order to fund it, I needed to sell one of two other properties that were listed and not ready to close. In the past, a bridge loan would have solved the problem, but those are now illegal. We made it to the finish line without closing on either of the two properties. Paige was instrumental in making that happen. I would use Paige on any property - purchase or sale anywhere in south east Texas. She is a true professional.

Paige is just the best! We were looking to change our house, but we had a list that wasn't easy to match, as both my husband and I wanted very specific things. Paige had lots of patience and took us to see quite a few houses until we found the one for us. This transaction was made easy by Paige and her team. She was always there for us to answer questions and give advice when in doubt. Having Paige as an agent was the best decision we could make!

Paige went above and beyond my expectations. This house was a rental house for 10 years and needed a lot of work to be put on the market and Paige was there to meet with contractors and laborers when I wasn’t available. She was diligent with doing open houses and marketing to get the most exposure to potential buyers. It was a fairly quick sale at a time when the housing market was coming to a screeching halt with high interest rates. I felt she had good knowledge of the other properties available and how to find our target audience. Once we had our buyer, she handled all the paperwork seamlessly! I would definitely use her again.

Paige's knowledge of the area, availability to answer time sensitive questions, referrals for mortgage brokers, inspectors etc. facilitated a successful purchase for a home that my family loves! I would gladly use her over and over.
