I was purchasing beach front investment property in Jamaica Beach, Texas. In order to fund it, I needed to sell one of two other properties that were listed and not ready to close. In the past, a bridge loan would have solved the problem, but those are now illegal. We made it to the finish line without closing on either of the two properties.
