A long-time Hastings on Hudson resident, Pablo relocated to the lower Hudson Rivertowns from Fort Greene, Brooklyn, in 2011. He understands the transition from city living to suburban life, having experienced the buying and selling process himself. Throughout his career as a real estate broker, he has been able to offer firsthand advice and insights to his clients seeking to buy a new home. As a seller’s agent, he knows how to list and market homes for maximum competitiveness in a very active market.
In 2019, Pablo became an Associate Broker. In 2017, he was named one of the top producers in his office. He represents clients across the Westchester County area, with a focus on the Rivertowns of Hastings on Hudson, Irvington, Tarrytown, and Dobbs Ferry. A hallmark of Pablo’s approach is to ensure that his clients have a stellar experience working with him on their transactions. He also offers advice and insight to guide them as they transition from property to property. His depth of knowledge lends itself to sellers and new homeowners alike, and he regularly taps into his network for clients seeking referrals for other professional services like contractors, childcare, restaurants, and local amenities.
Born and raised in Uruguay, Pablo spent many years living in the “Riviera” of South America, Punta del Este. His passion for real estate grew as he saw his seaside home evolve into an international destination. Pablo’s real estate experience began there, where he worked on, managed, and sold vacation properties. With real estate in his blood, in 2010, he left his corporate sales career to follow his passion for buying and selling homes in the Rivertowns. He now resides in Hastings in a mid-century modern home of his dreams with his wife, two sons, and their dog.
