I rarely write reviews. Everything is “amazing” or “wonderful” these days and that blurs the lines between what is really outstanding and what is simply the norm or just average. However, my experience over the last 5 months compelled me to write, for no other reason that is such a rare ocasión that one receives the kind of service support and professionalism that Pablo Alvarez provided us even across the extended COVID-19 period. From the initial evaluation , to the advice we received on getting our work-in-progress ready for a quick sale (which in fact it was considering the complexity of this particular short sale) the service was outstanding, and ranged from “must-do” task to suggestions, realistic time scales and helpful recommendations. His entire team is polite, professional and at the top of their game in every aspect, especially pricing the house accordingly to the neighborhood market, when he desired to raise the Original asking price due a very recent sale and then bringing and offer for the full asking price the very next day! We have know completed the sale and are delighted we the service we received from Pablo Alvarez. Thank you Pablo, you are amazing.
